Charles LeMone

Charles "Chuck" LeMone has had many successes in business management and is especially gifted in leading people. After graduating from the University of Missouri Electrical Engineering BSEE and MSEE, he successfully completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He has an excellent global reputation among customers for both technical and management expertise, and is sought to solve long-standing and complex industrial problems.

In the past Chuck has worked with General Electric Corporation, Fairbanks Morse, and Toshiba International Corporation. One of his biggest challenges was to successfully integrate the strong cultures of the US and Japanese companies, General Electric and TOSHIBA. His last position with an industrial company was as President and CEO of TMEIC GE.

During his career, he has been invited to speak at MIT, worked for two years with Congress on sensitive trade issues, and received the prestigious Toshiba President's Award. Authors, inventors, and young entrepreneurs have credited Chuck for his contributions to their individual successes.

Chuck currently consults in the areas of power system problems, rotating equipment, sales representation, sales and technical training, and alternative energy. He is the CEO of LeMone Enterprises.

Dawn Smith-LeMone

Dawn is a successful business leader, a tenacious planner and project manager. She is a graduate of the University of North Florida holding a BBA in Accounting. Dawn has worked with Fortune 500, global industry, as well as small entrepreneurial companies. She is accomplished in strategic planning, systems implementations, and change management. Dawn is the CFO of LeMone Enterprises.

With a heart towards stragety, job creation, and sustainability, Dawn has, throughout her career, driven business growth in advisory and execution roles. Dawn is always willing to share her broad experience and knowledge with others.
